Thursday, November 28th, was a remarkable day for One Bear Mountain, which took home not one but two prestigious accolades at the Capital Region Commercial Building Awards. Competing against 48 regional projects, the awards recognize the best in commercial, industrial, and revenue-producing properties completed between January 1, 2023, and June 30, 2024.

Not only did One Bear Mountain secure the Award of Excellence in the Multi-Family Condominium Category, but it also won the coveted Judges’ Choice Award for Best Overall Entry, an acknowledgment of its exceptional design, quality, and impact.
